This 21-hour salesperson prelicensing course provides a comprehensive review of topics that are specific and relevant to Wyoming real estate practice. It integrates Wyoming statutory laws and federal regulations that govern real estate practice, ensuring you have a solid understanding of the legal obligations and consumer protections you’ll use in your real estate practice.
We’ll cover expectations for professional conduct with clients, peers, and the public, while emphasizing legal compliance, safety considerations, practical transaction skills, and ethical responsibilities. You will develop proficiency in working with buyers and sellers, distinguishing agency relationship types, using the correct contracts and forms, contract negotiation strategies, and understanding how title insurance, office administration, and closing procedures will become part of your career.
This course, along with the 40-hour Salesperson I, and 7-hour Wyoming Law courses, prepares you to take your Pearson Vue salesperson licensing exam. You’re just about ready to navigate real-world transactions while meeting Wyoming regulatory standards and maintaining high levels of professionalism, so let’s get started!
